Links

The links are the roads of the network. The links connect the zones and the intersections of the network. Each link is associated with a congestion function.
Attributes:

• Name (optional)
• Origin and destination node (can be a zone or an intersection)
• Congestion function that describe the congestion model of the link
• Number of lanes on the link
• Length of the link
• Free flow speed of the link
• Capacity per lane of the link (in vehicle per hour)
